The evergreen beautiful actress Trisha is on a high on the stupendous success of two back to back movies 96 and Petta which starred Vijay Sethupathi & Rajinikanth in the lead roles respectively.
Trisha as Jaanu was the essence of 96 and she got to play a role of her lifetime, that had a strong characterisation which blew away millions of Tamil audiences. 96 was a huge blockbuster with the audience who have found a special affinity towards the movie.
Later, the beautiful actress was seen in Superstar Rajinikanth's Pongal release Petta' in an extended cameo role which also saw a humongous hit at the box office. Now, the fans have been eagerly waiting to know the ace actress' next project and on that note, here we have a super breaking update.
According to the reports, Trisha has signed her next film, with 'Engeyum Epppodhum' fame director M Saravanan. It is touted to be a women-centric film which will be bankrolled by Lyca Productions. If the reports are to be believed, M Saravanan will also make a comeback to Kollywood who has taken a long break after the failure of Valiyavan starring actor Jai!
On the career front, Trisha has 'Sathuranga Vettai 2' and 'Garjanai' shelved for release for unknown reasons. She also has films like 1818, and Paramapadham Vilayattu in the pipeline, both of which are in different stages of production.
