The trailer of Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra's upcoming movie The Sky Is Pink, is out. The film also stars Dangal actress Zaira Wasim in the prominent role, is an emotional story of a girl who suffers from Pulmonary fibrosis. Zaira plays the role of a teenage daughter who tells the love story of their parents.

The Sky Is Pink will hit screens near you on October 11. Before this, it will be screened at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 13. The film is produced by Priyanka's Purple Pebble Pictures and Siddharth Roy Kapur and for this the actress's return in Hindi films after three years. She was last seen in Prakash Jha's 2016 film Jai Gangaajal.

During an interview Priyanka Chopra told that The Sky is Pink is about What Happens," when you have children, and then if you have a child who's sick, you become caretakers and what happens in a relationship, and how you have to nourish a relationship, take care of it when it's broken, because it will be, what loss and grief does to you."

Priyanka Chopra took use to social media to share the trailer. She wrote, "Presenting the trailer for #TheSkyIsPink- a film about love, made with so much of it! It's a very proud milestone moment for me, because it’s my first as an actor & co-producer. Hope it gives you all the feels & inspires you to celebrate life!"
