If reports are anything to go by, Mahesh Babu’s remuneration for Sarileru Neekevvaru is Rs 50 crore. However, co-producer Anil Sunkara has rubbished the news. Meanwhile, After Maharshi, superstar Mahesh Babu is going to make fans mad in the upcoming film Sarileru Neekevvaru. The shooting of the film started few months ago and shooting is going on in Hyderabad. Sarileru Neekevvaru is one of the much-awaited films and is one of the biggest projects of Mahesh Babu. Reportedly, the superstar is being paid massively for this film, but Anil has refussed to the news.
Anil Sunkara said in an interview, 'I have not paid a single penny to my hero till now. He is one of the partners of the movie. If the film turns up to be the blockbuster, Mahesh Babu will take away a huge sum. He added on by saying that 'Raju garu is close to me. I am happy to be sharing the film's production credits with him.'
For the Unaware, Sarileru Neekevvaru action film written and directed by Anil Ravipudi, produced by AK Entertainments, GMB Entertainments and Sri Venkateswara Creations. Starring Mahesh Babu as Indian Army Major with Rashmika Mandanna opposite him, the film has Vijayashanti and Prakash Raj playing pivotal roles. The film is scheduled to be theatrical released on 10 January 2020 during the Makar Sankranti festival. The first schedule was shot in Kashmir from July 5th, 2019 to July 20th, 2019. For the second schedule, a replica set of Konda Reddy Buruju was constructed in Ramoji Film City with an estimated cost of ₹4 crore.
