The 'Gully Boy' actor Ranveer Singh has taken the internet by a storm! Ranveer Singh, the most talented actor is celebrating his 34th birthday today, 6th July. And, as a treat to his million fans, the makers of his upcoming film '83' have revealed his first look poster from the movie. 

Ranveer's outstanding transformation as legendary Indian Cricketer Kapil Dev is the talk of the Townsel town and can't miss it! In the poster, Ranveer looks uncannily like the former cricketing champ, who was the captain of the world cup winning team of 1983. Posting the first look of the film on his official Twitter handle Ranveer Singh, dressed in a white shirt, spins the ball with a fierce look in his eyes, captioned the post: "On my special day, here's presenting the Haryana hurricane, Kapil Dev."

And, the first comment on the poster is by yet another Indian cricketer Shikar Dhawan. He gave a thumbs up to 'Padmaavat' actor and wrote, "Looking exact like pajhi (as Kapil Dev is fondly called by his colleagues). Happy Birthday, bro.Have a great one."

 Many Bollywood celebrities, including Ayushmann Khurrana, Alia Bhatt, Kubbra Sait, Sanya Malhotra, Sonu Sood, Mouni Roy, Dia Mirza and others are also bowled over Ranveer’s transformation and lauded him for the same on his special day. 

Ranveer Singh acquires huge fan base worldwide for his vulnerable acting in historical characters Peshwa Bajirao in Bajirao Mastani and Alauddin Khilji in Padmaavat both starring his love of life Deepika Padukone in the lead role. In his career of 9 years in Bollywood, it is for the first time he will be playing a living legend in the movie. 

Speaking about getting into the skin of the character he plays in the Kabir Khan-directed film, Ranveer told IANS: "Playing a living legend poses a unique set of challenges, and your approach to the preparation for that character has to be all the more intensive.
