1. Benne Murukku - Butter Chakli: Chakli is crunchy and savory Indian snack prepared especially during festival seasons. The key ingredient for this dish is rice flour, which is typically combined with the urad dal flour or besan. To make it softer and to enhance the taste butter is added while mixing from there the name butter murukku is derived.
