1. Benne Murukku - Butter Chakli: Chakli is crunchy and savory Indian snack prepared especially during festival seasons. The key ingredient for this dish is rice flour, which is typically combined with the urad dal flour or besan. To make it softer and to enhance the taste butter is added while mixing from there the name butter murukku is derived.

2. Garagalu Obbattu: Obbattu is a traditional flatbread which enjoys popularity in the states of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa and Gujarat. It generally has a sweet filling inside and is loaded with scrumptious flavors to relish. Obbattu is quite popular sweet dish across India and is known by several names such as Holige, Bobbatlu, Bobbatu or Puran poli.
