Bihar: 75 new cases of Encephalitis Syndrome in the last 24 hours, Death toll rises to 113
113 died at Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH).

The death of children in Bihar's Muzaffarpur has reached 113. Within the last 24 hours, 75 new patients have been admitted to the Medical College. 418 children are undergoing treatment, many of which are being described as critical, but so far neither the government nor the doctors have been able to determine which is the disease.

It is being said in Muzaffarpur and surrounding areas, but governments are probably not sure about the real cause and the cure of the disease. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reached the SKMCH hospital in Muzaffarpur on Tuesday morning after around 20 days of the death.

After the arrival of Nitish, the children's parents hoped that their treatment would be treated like an arrow in the air with medicines be provided, the health of the hospital would improve, but seeing the dignity of CM, people's patience broke down.

People kept shouting and Nitish walked out of the hospital administration and got out of comfort.

The case of death due to Encephalitis Syndrome fever has reached the Supreme Court. Two lawyers filed a PIL seeking to demand that Center and Bihar government make 500 ICUs in affected areas, instructions should be sent to the affected areas and send 100 mobile ICU to Muzaffarpur. With this, a medical board should be constituted.

Meanwhile, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Monday issued a notice to the Central Health Ministry and the Bihar Government to file a report in view of the increase in the number of rising deaths due to this fever.
