After the success of the remake movies 'Pokkiri' and 'Ghilli' Thalapathy actor Vijay to remake yet another Telugu movie 'Maharshi' starring Superstar Mahesh Babu in the lead role.
Even before the release of his next movie tentatively titled as 'Thalapathy 63', actor Vijay has bagged three biggies! The charming and one among the top star of Kollywood is gearing up for a Telugu remake say reports.
If the reports from Tollywood are to be believed actor Vijay to remake the upcoming movie 'Maharshi' featuring Mahesh Babu in the lead role. Directed by Vamsi Paidipally the movie is slated to release on May 7th and it stars actress Pooja Hegde as the female lead.
Now, the speculations tell that, after the huge success of Telugu remake movies 'Pokkiri' and 'Ghilli' of Mahesh Babu, the Tamil filmmakers are eyeing on yet another big budgeted film 'Maharshi' which is the most awaited and anticipated film of Prince Mahesh Babu. Further reports say that, Vijay has signed total 3 movies even before the release of 'Thalapathy 63' and they are; The first project is likely to be bankrolled by the actor himself helmed by director Mohan Raja respectively. Then he talks about his second venture is that. Vijay will soon collaborate with ace directed Shankar which will also star Chiyaan Vikram as yet another male lead in the film.
However, the third movie is touted to be the remake of 'Maharshi' and a team are already working for getting the remake rights respectively. The theatrical trailer of the Telugu original 'Maharshi' has revealed the successful story of a college student 'Rishi' (Mahesh Babu) and his complete transformation as a No. 1 business tycoon. Bankrolled by Dil Raju and directed by Vamsi Paidipally, Maharshi stars Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh in pivotal roles.
